Fourteen weeks · powered by WILDFIT®

The Health Foundation.

Fourteen weeks to rebuild your relationship with food, starting from why you eat the way you do rather than from what you should cut.

Most nutrition advice assumes you already know the answers and just need discipline. You were taught what an industry needed you to believe. Then you were held responsible for how it turned out.

This is the work underneath that: what drives the choice at four in the afternoon, why the plan that worked at thirty-five stopped working, and what your body was actually built to run on.

For many women this is everything they came for. There is no obligation to continue past it.

You can come for all fourteen weeks, or for the first two and decide at your day twelve check-in. Either way you start in the same room, on the same day.

How it is structured

One cohort. Two ways in.

Everyone starts together. The first two weeks are the same fourteen days whichever way you came in, so there is nothing to work out at checkout.

Way in
All fourteen weeks
You are in for the full run from the start. Nothing to decide later.
Way in
The first two weeks
Come for the Food Freedom Challenge and see how it lands. Around day twelve we talk about what happens next. If you keep going, week three carries on with the same group and what you paid comes off.

Many women find the two weeks are exactly what they needed, and that is a complete outcome rather than a half-finished one.

Change holds when someone is walking beside you. That is what the weekly call is for.

The next cohort begins September 14, 2026, 1 days from today.

We get you, we’ve got you

This is built for you if:

  • You’ve done the reading, tried the plans, and watched the same results stop arriving.
  • Food has become something you manage rather than something you enjoy.
  • Your body changed through perimenopause, menopause, treatment, or recovery, and the old approach didn’t change with it.
  • You’re the person everyone else relies on, and your own care keeps moving down the list.
  • You want to understand the why, not just receive another set of rules.
  • You’d rather do this alongside other women than alone.

Why this works when the last thing didn’t

The problem was never your willpower.

The food available to you was designed by people whose job was to make it hard to stop eating. That’s not a conspiracy, it’s an industry doing what it’s paid to do, and it’s had decades and considerable science to work with.

Meanwhile your biology hasn’t changed. It still runs on the signals it was built for, and it still tells you the truth when it’s given a chance to.

Fourteen weeks is long enough to hear that signal again. Not through restriction, which teaches your body nothing, but through understanding what you’re actually reaching for and why.

What is included

Here’s exactly what’s included

Weeks one and two
The Food Freedom Challenge
The opening two weeks. A structured reset that lowers food stress and lets your body’s own signals come back through, without restriction or extremes. Powered by WILDFIT®.
One hour a week
Weekly live group coaching
One hour a week with Dr. Harmon and your cohort, working through what’s actually coming up rather than through a fixed script. It runs from day one, not week three.
Daily
Guided daily learning
Short videos, one concept at a time, built to fit around a full life rather than compete with it.
15 to 20 minutes, one to one
Pre-kickoff intake session
We identify your situation, set your intention, and personalize the program before it starts.
Fourteen weeks
Your private cohort
The same group of women for fourteen weeks. Not a forum with thousands of strangers.
At the end
A next step that is actually yours
You finish knowing what your body needs, what’s been getting in the way, and what a realistic next step looks like, whether or not that step is with me.

How the fourteen weeks move

Not another set of rules.

This is not eat this, not that. It’s not keto, not a cleanse, and not a plan you’re either on or off. There’s no food weighed, counted, or forbidden.

What it is instead: fourteen weeks learning how humans were built to eat, and why nobody ever told you.

Most of what you believe about food, you absorbed from an industry with a stake in what you believe. That the low-fat advice you grew up with was pointing at the wrong thing. What ultra-processed food does to blood sugar across years, not meals. Which everyday foods might be driving inflammation you’ve stopped noticing because it’s been there so long.

None of that’s hidden. It’s just not what you were taught, and there was money in your not asking.

Weeks 1 to 2
The first two weeks
A structured reset that lowers the noise so your body’s own signals come back through. This is the Food Freedom Challenge, and it is also the 14-Day Vitality Reset, so if you started there you’ve already done it.
The middle
The middle stretch
The real work. Where the psychology gets unpacked: what each food is actually doing for you, what it is standing in for, and what changes when you can see it clearly. Somewhere around week eight, most women tell me they notice it. Not as a decision they made that morning, but as something that’s quietly stopped requiring one.
The end
The final weeks
Integration. Not a finish line, because there’s nothing here to fall off. This is where it becomes how you eat rather than something you are currently doing.

Also throughout: guided meditations woven across all fourteen weeks, because the work is as much about what happens before you open the cupboard as what is in it.

Some situations call for more individual attention than any group format can give. If that’s you, private coaching is available alongside the Health Foundation, by application.

Common questions

What if I cannot make the live calls?

Every call is recorded and available within hours of the live call. The women who get the most from this show up live when they can, and catch up when they can’t.

Is this a diet?

No. There is no calorie counting, no food weighing, and no meal plan to follow. The work is understanding what drives your choices, which is what makes the changes hold.

What if I have already done the first two weeks?

Your $299 comes off and those two weeks are yours. You join at week three with the cohort.

Can I join partway through?

If you’ve already done the first two weeks, yes. You come in at week three with the cohort. If you haven’t, you start at week one with everyone else.

What if I do the two weeks and this cohort has already moved on?

Then you join the next one, at week three or from the beginning, whichever you prefer. There’s no charge for repeating the opening two weeks and no expiry on them.

Can I do this while on a GLP-1 medication?

Yes, and several clients have. Bring it up in your intake session so we can shape the work around it. This program is educational and isn’t a substitute for guidance from your prescribing physician.

Ready when you are.
